“모든 이는 잘 먹고 운동하면서 곧, 스스로를 잘 돌보면서 자신의 육체적 건강을 책임져야 한다. 각 영혼의 영적 건강도 이와 마찬가지다. 영혼은 희생으로 가미된 기도라는 식습관이 필요하다. 만약 영혼이 이 식습관을 소홀히 하면, 그는 모든 선의 근원인 나에게서 점점 더 멀어지게 된다. 요즘 시대에는 영혼이 돌봐야만 하는 영성에 대한 큰 무관심이 존재한다. 영혼은 기도와 희생이라는 영양 섭취 부족으로 굶주리게 된다. 영혼의 이런 질병은 영혼이 굶주릴수록 더더욱 주목을 받지 못한다. 그리고 얼마 지나지 않아 영혼은 나의 계명들에 순종하거나 나를 기쁘게 하는 일에서 대단히 멀어져 있다. 오늘 나는 자기 자신의 영적 여정에 대해서 사람들의 마음을 깨우쳐주기 위해 이런 식으로 너희에게 말하고 있다. 영혼은 오직 자유의지의 선택을 통해서만 영적으로 건강해지고 또 지속적으로 영적 건강을 유지할 수가 있다. 영적으로 건강하게 되라는 이 부름은, 건강하지 않은 육체가 질병에 취약하듯 영적으로 건강하지 않은 영혼 또한 병에 걸리기 쉽다는 사실을 알려준다는 것을 깨달아라. 이 질병들이란 매일 바치는 기도와 희생을 방해하는 모든 것을 일컫는다. 영혼은 반드시 이 부정적인 영향들을 발견하고 알아볼 수 있도록 기도해야 한다. 영혼이 이런 깨우침을 얻기를 진실로 바라며 기도한다면, 그가 깨달을 수 있도록 내가 도울 것이다. 나는 언제나 각 영혼의 복지의 편에 서 있다. 나의 인도를 청하며 기도하여라. 너희는 어떤 영적 전투에서도 결코 혼자가 아니다. 성경 구절 독서 (시편 139:23-24, 갈라 6:7-10)” (하느님 아버지 / 2021년 5월 7일)
“새 예루살렘의 문은 거룩한 사랑의 열쇠로 열린다. 거룩한 사랑 안에서 사는 이들은 이미 새 예루살렘에 주거하는 것이다. 사랑을 통한 이 평화와 자유의 장소에 대해 설명해주마. 새 예루살렘은 지리적 장소가 아니라 어떤 상태를 일컫는다. 그것은 거룩한 사랑 안에서 사는 상태 즉, 변함없이 진리를 고수하는 상태다. 이 순수한 진리의 상태 안에서는 숨은 의도를 걱정할 필요가 전혀 없으며, 사리사욕을 위한 이중적인 목적도 전혀 없다. 하느님에 대한 사랑은 받아들여지며, 변호되어야할 필요가 없다. 모든 이는 자신의 필요에 앞서 먼저 이웃의 필요를 돌본다. 이 천상적 생활에 존재하는 법은 오직 거룩한 사랑 뿐이다. 그것은 마땅한 일이다. 모든 의로움은 거룩한 사랑 아래 제자리를 찾기 때문이다. 내가 돌아올 때, 거룩한 사랑읕 통해 내 안에 머무르기를 선택한 모든 이들은 거룩한 이들의 상속 재산인 거룩한 사랑을 함께 나누게 될 것이다. 그러면 모든 이가 평화를 누리게 될 것이다. 성경 구절 독서 (시편 16)” (예수님 / 2015년 5월 7일)

"Each person needs to be responsible for his own physical well-being by eating properly, exercising - in general, taking care of himself. The same is true of each soul's spiritual well-being. He needs a diet of prayer, seasoned with sacrifice. If the soul neglects this diet, he grows farther and farther away from Me - the Source of all good. These days, there is much disregard for the spirituality that each soul needs to tend to. The soul becomes starved for the nourishment of prayer and sacrifice. This disease of the soul receives little attention the more it is starved. Soon the soul is far distant from obeying My Commandments or pleasing Me. I speak this way today, to awaken hearts as to their spiritual journey. It is only through free-will choices that the soul can become and remain spiritually healthy. In this call to spiritual well-being, recognize that the soul that is not spiritually healthy is susceptible to disease just as an unhealthy body is. These diseases are anything that discourages daily prayer and sacrifices. The soul must pray to identify and recognize these negative influences. If he prays with a sincere desire for enlightenment, I will assist the soul in enlightenment. I am always on the side of the welfare of each soul. Pray for My guidance. "The gates of the New Jerusalem open with the key of Holy Love. Those who live in Holy Love already abide in the New Jerusalem. Allow Me to describe to you this place of peace and liberty through love. The New Jerusalem is not a geographical site, but a state of being. It is a state of living in Holy Love - a state of constancy in Truth. In this state of pure Truth, there is no fear of hidden agendas. There is no duplicity of purpose towards self-interest. Love of God is acceptable and does not need to be defended. Each one considers the needs of his neighbor first before his own needs. The state of law in this heavenly existence is only Holy Love. Rightly so, all righteousness falls into place under Holy Love. When I return, all who have chosen to abide in Me through Holy Love will share in the inheritance of the holy - Holy Love.
