성 미카엘 대천사가 오십니다. 제가 (모린) “당신이 누구인지 밝히시오. 당신은 예수 그리스도께서 사람이 되신 것을 믿습니까?” 하고 물었습니다. 성 미카엘 대천사가 대답하셨습니다. “나는 사람이 되신 예수 그리스도를 수호합니다. 그대는 ‘하느님의 뜻’에 대해 생각하고 있군요. 하느님의 뜻은 피신처이며 요새입니다. 하느님의 뜻은 언제나 사랑 안에 감싸여 다가옵니다. 그러므로, 그대가 하느님의 뜻을 실현하는 유일한 방법은 사랑의 율법을 지키는 것입니다. 그대는 온 마음과 온 영혼을 다하여 하느님을 사랑해야만 합니다. 이렇게 사랑할 때, 그대는 자연스럽게 하느님의 뜻을 더욱더 사랑하게 됩니다. 그대가 ‘거룩하고 신성한 하느님의 뜻’을 사랑하면, 하느님께서 명하시거나 허락하시는 모든 것이 다 그대의 영혼의 유익과 그대의 구원을 위한 것임을 깨닫게 됩니다. 모든 십자가 하나하나는 구원으로 인도하며, 오로지 그 목적을 위해서만 허락됩니다. 하느님께서는 태피스트리 (직물 공예)의 대가이시기에, 오직 그분만이 각 영혼의 삶의 태피스트리가 어떻게 짜여져 나가는지를 보십니다. 예수님께서는 하느님의 뜻이 당신의 음식이라고 말씀하셨습니다. 음식은 힘과 영양을 제공해 줍니다. 음식 없이는 죽고 맙니다. 그러니 예수님께서 얼마나 깊은 경외심을 가지고 하느님의 뜻을 존중하셨는지를 생각해 보십시오. 그대 역시 이것을 목표로 삼아야만 합니다. 내가 도와주겠습니다.” (성 미카엘 대천사 / 1999년 9월 4일)

St. Michael comes. I [Maureen] said, 'Identify yourself. Do you believe Jesus Christ was born of the flesh?" He responded, "I defend Jesus Christ, born of the flesh. You are contemplating God's Will. "No one, no matter how much he prays or fasts, can increase in holiness without self-knowledge.  Self-knowledge is the rock that perfection is based upon.  The soul must ask for the grace to realize his flaws and shortcomings in order to overcome them. Self-knowledge challenges pride.  It is pride that blinds the soul to his own imperfections.  It is pride which prevents the soul from graciously accepting criticism - criticism which most often is a Spiritual Work of Mercy. No one can correct something that he does not realize stands to be corrected.  You cannot fix anything that is broken unless you first realize it is broken.  The lack of self-knowledge is a stumbling block to a deeper journey through the Chambers of the United Hearts.  Self-knowledge is basic to personal holiness.  Self-knowledge is a grace. Embrace My Commandments.  Live Them and obey Them.  That is the way to impress others with the genuine call of these Messages.  The many and desperate concerns of these times must be surrendered to Me, despite the false accounts of present-day media.  Satan's discouragement is all around you.  So too, is My mighty Hand of My Divine Will.  Therefore, do not allow Satan to trespass upon the peace of your heart.  Drive him away with your heart-felt rosaries.
