동정 마리아께서 말씀하십니다.
“찬미 예수님.”
“사랑하는 자녀들아, 오늘 너희 나라(미국)는 슈퍼볼(Super Bowl)에 참가하는 팀들을 응원할 것이다. 이것은 일 년 중 가장 중요한 미식축구 경기다. 그러나 내가 너희에게 말하지만,
이보다 더 치열한 경쟁이 매 순간 모든 이의 마음속에서 벌어지고 있다. 이것은 선과
악의 경쟁이다. 승자는 천국이라는 보상을 얻게 되며, 패자는 그 반대편에서
영원을 보내게 된다. 너무나도 많은 것이 이 경쟁에 달려 있기 때문에 너희는 이 경쟁의 양쪽 모두 만반의
준비를 갖추고 있다는 사실을 알아야 한다. 승리는 자신이 이 경쟁에 참여하고 있다는 사실을 자각하고 있는
이들에게 돌아간다. 패자들이란 이 경쟁에 무관심하거나 이것을 아예 자각하지도 못하는 이들이다.”
“이것은 (슈퍼볼보다) 훨씬 더 큰 ‘경기’이며 어떤 미식축구 경기보다도 더 중요하다. 내
충고를 받아들여라.”

children, today your nation* will be cheering on the teams playing in the Super
Bowl. It is the most important football
game of the year. But, I tell you, the
even greater contest is fought in every heart in each present moment. It is the contest between good and evil. The victor receives the reward of
Heaven. The loser goes the opposite way
for all eternity. Since so much is at
stake, you can be sure much preparation goes into the contest on both
sides. The victory goes to the ones who
are aware they are engaged in this contest.
The losers are not interested in the contest or are unaware of it."
"This
is a far greater 'game' and more important than any football game. Be advised."
